Skills: Helpdesk / 1st Line Desktop Support Engineer, Herts. My client based in Berkhamsted, Herts are looking for an enthusiastic Helpdesk / 1st Line Desktop Support Engineer. You must have a good working knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008/XP, Windows 7, MacOS X, TCP/IP, IMAP, SMTP, DNS, networking, firewalls and the Internet. You will responsible for the management of domain names, email, backups, testing, documentation and deployment of new applications and hardware maintenance. You will be dealing with international customer telephone/internet support for our products and general IT issues, ensuring a high level of client/customer service is upheld. Excellent communication skills & attention to detail essential is needed for this role. This role is commutable from Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Luton, St Albans, Milton Keynes and Aylesbury.
