Skills: Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer, Norwich, Norfolk. You must have hands on skills/commercial experience in Active Directory (new users, including amending group permissions & small amount of mailbox maintenance), Exchange, Servers, MS Office, software support, hardware/printers – fault finding & maintenance, upgrades for PC’s & Laptops, routers/switches, general Desktop Support, with excellent communications skills – verbal & written. Role involves user support in a high pressure environment, this includes general IT /desktop support, Active Directory admin & maintenance, PC set ups & builds, Software installations, Ghosting, refreshes, etc. You must have your own car with a full clean driving license as some local site support/travel is required.
