Skills: Junior / Trainee IT Support, Helpdesk 1st Line IT Support. You must have basic skills in Windows 2007/XP, MS Office, networking, with an excellent telephone manner. Little or no experience is required in this role, you just need to be enthusiastic & have the ability to learn new skills quickly. Any call logging experience in a similar 1st  line IT Support role or any IT courses is a massive bonus. Role is to provide 1st Line technical support both over the phone and hands on IT Support. A full driving licence with car is needed in this role as occasional travel to other local sites maybe required – mileage paid. This role is commutable from Watford, Luton, St Albans, Aylesbury.
