Based in London, nearest tube station Farringdon my professional services client is looking for someone to provide 1st & 2nd line helpdesk support to internal users, assisting them with hardware issues and software problems via phone & email. I am looking for someone with experience in a similar role in an Legal or Professional services environment. You will be fault diagnosing to SLA’s, escalating when appropriate, keeping the customer informed at all times of progress, working as part of a team whilst being aware of ITIL processes and procedures.
