Skills: 1st Line IT Support / Helpdesk.You must have some 1st line IT/Helpdesk experience, excellent telephone manner with an outgoing personality, knowledge of supporting & installing IT software. Role involves: call logging, password changes, printer setup, fault finding, daily checks, call escalation, remote PC control, mobile/blackberry setup, MS Office support, network permissions, creating new network accounts etc. Working hours are 08.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday. This role is commutable from Guildford, Woking, Crawley, Epsom, Reigate and some parts of South London, Croydon, Sutton. Please send in your CV ASAP !.
