My client based in Hemel Hempstead, Herts my client is looking for an Helpdesk / 1st Line IT Support person to work on a shift basis (covering support between 06.00 to 17.15. Monday to Friday on a 37.5 hour week – call for full shift pattern) You must be educated to a degree level in IT, with excellent communication skills, customer service focused, skills in Windows XP & MS Office, with excellent telephone manner. Role involves: providing 1st line IT Support, logging users calls, resolve when possible or ensure they are passed to the appropriate 2nd line, ensure all support SLA’s are achieved, dealing with user queries via email & telephone. Client uses AD, Lotus Notes, VPN, Citrix so any skills in these are a massive bonus. This role is commutable from Watford, Luton, St Albans, Aylesbury & Milton Keynes.
