Skills: Business Support Analyst, Application Support Analyst, Publishing experience preferred. The purpose of the role is to provide technical support for publishing systems applications and systems in relation to incident management, problem management, change management, security management, configuration management, IT service continuity and project management/coordination. This will include: systems monitoring, support application issues, investigate complex issues, review and implement improvements, follow release and change process to complete application deployments, etc. You must have experience of maintaining applications in an MS environment preferably in publishing, experience of third party supplier, experience within service management.
