You will be responsible for prepare reports and other documentation for key stakeholder, support the issue management process including issue tracking and escalation, perform testing of new systems features, support day to day management of the systems including maintaining user accounts or performing checkups. You must be of professional demeanor, with excellent communications skills, comfortable with MS Office, ability to learn new tools etc. Any experience of working in an Helpdesk, Mac OS and publishing would be a bonus.
