Skills: Desktop Support Engineer, 2nd Line Support Analyst, Active Directory, Windows XP/7, MS Office, general network support skills, familiar with Windows Server 2003/2008 and phone systems, with an excellent phone manner/communication skills & willing to travel as the role requires some travel (2 to 3 trips to Glasgow a month – travel costs paid). You must have experience in desktop support, working with helpdesk systems, understanding of Active Directory, Windows XP/7, MS Office, general network support and troubleshooting, LAN Management, familiar with Windows Server and support telephone systems. Any Exchange experience would be a bonus. Role involves desktop and laptop support, rollout and support of software, data backup, IT administration, Server support, travel to other site in Glasgow as directed.
