Skills: 1st / 2nd Line IT Support / Helpdesk, Active Directory, Windows 2000/XP, MS Office. My client based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, has a new requirement for a 1st / 2nd Line IT Support / Helpdesk. You must have technical skills in Active Directory, Windows 2000/XP, MS Office 2003/2007, Basic Windows 2003 Server knowledge, basic networking knowledge, PC builds and setups, experience in a similar 1st and 2nd line role is essential, with an outgoing / proactive personality & excellent communication skills. This is a varied role and you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line support, incorporating a mixture of telephone IT support & hands on IT support. Due to occasional support to other locations a valid UK driving licence is essential. Role does also require out of hours support; 1 week in every 3 or 4.
