My client based inLondon(nearest tube station -Great Portland Street) is looking for a Service Desk Supervisor, Helpdesk Team Leader. You must have experience of management of an small service desk/helpdesk team including staff management, with hands on experience of 1st and 2nd line technical support, IS Service Desk applications, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office, Windows XP/7, IS Security (Firewalls, AntiVirus). Any experience in an ITIL environment would be desirable. You will be responsible for day to day management of a small service/helpdesk team covering the hours between 08.00-20.00, provide 1st and 2nd line technical support, ensure incidents are resolved within SLA’s, provide reports on service desk activity, highlight service level issues etc. Ideally you must be available now or at short notice.
