Skills: Helpdesk / 1st Line Support. You must have 1 years plus experience in within an Helpdesk, 1st Line Support role with good knowledge of MS products, PC Hardware configuration, ability to diagnose and resolve user hardware/software issues. Any Citrix, ITIL, WAN would be a bonus. You will be responsible for recording all helpdesk incidents are recorded into the helpdesk systems, resolve where possible on first contact otherwise to escalate to more senior members of the team.
