You must have some IT Support experience, Windows XP/2000, Windows 7, MS Office, good problem solving skills, clear & concise telephone manner, attention to detail & good organization skills. Any Active Directory or VPN’s are a  bonus ! Role involves day2day IT Support, problems, request and enquires of IT Users mainly on the telephone (call logging).
