Skills: Service Desk / Helpdesk Manager, Surrey. My client based in Woking, Surrey are looking for an Service Desk / Helpdesk Manager. You must have experience of working in an IT service management capacity in a dynamic business environment, experience of managing vendors & re-sellers, proven people management & leadership skills – both hands-on & administrative, experience of managing, motivating & mentoring a team of team of IT Service personnel, to ensure delivery of services, ITIL service delivery qualification is desirable. You will be responsible for drafting & agreement of SLA’s, ensure SLA’s are achieved & expectation are met, Supplier Management, Asset Management, provide visibility of IT performance & effectiveness against SLA’s etc. This role is commutable from Guildford, Woking, Crawley, Epsom, Reigate and some parts of South London, Croydon, Sutton.
