Skills: Network Engineer, Network Support, WiFi, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, IP, Switches. You must have experience in WiFi, solid networking skills in TCP/IP on LAN/WAN, within a helpdesk/networking role including IP Addressing, Radius Gateways, Ethernet Switches, ADSL Routers – troubleshooting/problem solving skills, with strong verbal & written communications skills. Any CCNA / CCNP / CCIE qualifications would be a bonus. This is very varied role / everyday is different, 50% of the problems will be dealt over the phone and 50% will be fixed remotely. This role will give you the chance to learn new skills (training & progression within the role). Role includes the technical support of LAN & WAN, helpdesk support, system upgrades & health checks, expanding on current systems, fault history to identify trends.
