You must have an excellent telephone manner with around 2 years in a similar role with technical skills in Windows XP/7, MS Office, general networking, desktop peripherals, Backup software, Windows Server and a full driving licence. Role involves calling logging, remote support on desktops, Epos support, face to face desktop support, initial trouble shooting, password resets, daily checks, printer setups, remote PC control.
