Skills: Project Manager for BACS Implementation. My client based in Surrey are looking for a Project Manager for BACS Implementation in a 9 Months contract. Role involves implement the rollout of BACS to all divisions within the group. This project is already underway and handover will be in place for all project documentation and plans. You must have experience in implementing a BACS rollout previously and an understanding of the set up required to complete the process. Key aspects of the management of this project are: Keeping tight control on the co-ordination of time and work from a Database Administrator and an external trainer. To have strong communication skills with the Financial Controllers and other allocated contacts of all operating companies throughout the Group keeping them up to date on progress, liaising with divisions and the Bank and offering guidance and exhibit confidence throughout the transition. To gain an understanding or ideally have an understanding of Bacstel-IP and Secure-IP set up and Hardware Security Module solutions. Monitor and control the project activities to ensure project success, producing Weekly Project Management Reports and identify risk and maintain effective Risk Management Plans. Pro-actively manage project issues providing appropriate escalation to the necessary levels. To ensure integration testing and UAT plans are met within the timeframes set. To organise training on the relevant applications and processes in place to adequately serve the end users to complete BACS payments and production of reports.
