Skills: WiFi Engineer / Helpdesk with Network Support. You must have experience in WiFi/Wireless – installation and configuration, networking, VPN’s, ISP’s,  with excellent verbal & written communications skills. You will be responsible for the availability of services from end to end across entire estates, provide technical support to installation and engineering teams, monitor the estate and backend systems, main and improve monitoring systems, perform regular system health checks, take ownership of any issues and resolve or escalate to required people etc. This role is commutable from Watford, Luton, St Albans, Aylesbury & parts of North London i.e Borehamwood.
