Skills needed: Windows XP and Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 and 2008, software deployment/software rollouts, software licensing, patching and anti-virus solutions. You will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line support, primarily involved in PC/Desktop support including the business applications which run on them, with business as usual with project work at a later date.
