Skills: Helpdesk, 1st Line Support, Service Desk, Windows XP/7, MS Office, excellent telephone manner, out-going personality. You must have around 2 years in an Helpdesk, 1st Line, Service Desk role with experience in basic computer hardware (hard drives, printers, etc) Windows XP/7, MS products such as MS Office, application support, with excellent communications – verbal & written. Any ITIL experience is a bonus. Role involves taking incoming service requests from user via telephone and email, prioritise and schedule incidents, record, track and document the service desk, apply diagnostic utilities to aid troubleshooting, access software updates, drivers, perform hands on fixes at the desktop level including installing and upgrading software. You will be required to apply for Security Clearance to SC level after joining, if you do not already have such clearance.This role is commutable from Maidenhead, Bracknell, etc.
