Skills: 1st Line Support Engineer, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Active Directory, Remote Support, Windows XP/7, MS Office, general network support skills, familiar with Windows Server 2003/2008 and phone systems, with an excellent phone manner/communication skills and full driving license – willing to travel as the role requires some occasional travel (travel costs paid). My client would consider a good 1st liner looking to make the next step into an 2nd /desktop support role. You must be comfortable in end user support role, with excellent customer relationship skills but also pro-active and have a willingness to extend knowledge.
