Skills: Helpdesk, Service Desk, Windows XP/Vista/7. My client based in North London are looking for an Helpdesk, Service Desk person. You must have an background in a Technical Helpdesk, Service Desk, with technical skills in Windows XP/Vista/7, Windows OS – any networking or communication protocols are an bonus, with excellent communications skills – written and verbal. Role involves responding to customer enquires regarding the operation and fault-finding of my clients product, call logging, installations, working in a Monday to Friday shift pattern covering the following 07.30-15.30, 09.00-17.00 and 10.30-18.30. You must have a full UK driving licence as the role does involve some travel at times. You will be required to apply for Security Clearance to SC level after joining, if you do not already have such clearance.
