You must have some IT Support, Helpdesk, 1st line experience, with technical skills in Windows XP/2000, Windows , MS Office, good problem solving skills, clear & concise telephone manner. Any Active Directory, Exchange or VPN’s are a bonus ! Role involves logging, updating, resolving calls on a IT Helpdesk, provide remote support to staff via email, telephone, provide desktop and server support, support and main MS Windows desktops, set up and configure new laptops and desktops, ensuring patches and upgrades, set up new users and disable expired accounts.
