2nd Line IT Support Engineer, desktop Support Engineer, Active Directory, ITIL – certified or experience working in an ITIL environment. Role is a mixture of hands on, telephone, email and remote support. You must have hands on skills/commercial experience in Active Directory (new users, including amending group permissions & small amount of mailbox maintenance), any call logging system like Remedy, Windows Server, hardware – fault finding & maintenance, PDA’s/Blackberries support, upgrades for PC’s & Laptops, installs, general Desktop Support, with excellent communications skills – verbal & written.
