My client are looking for a 1st Line Helpdesk/Service Desk, with Windows, MS Office, basic Active Directory basic admin adding and removing users etc. You must have at least 1 years experience working in 1st Line support role or similar. This opportunity will give you the chance to forward your career and progress to 2nd/3rd Line. My client is an IT outsourcing Firm who are looking for an 1st Line Service Desk analyst to work in Hemel Hempstead and for clients in the South of England – transport provided. Role is mixture of telephone and deskside support. You will be expected to support; Windows XP/7, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office 2010/13, Windows Server 2012 and MS Outlook. You will be responsible for; Utilising a wide range of technological tools to investigate, diagnose and fix to a defined service level target, or where appropriate forwarding specialist technical support issues to the appropriate team. Troubleshooting end-user hardware and operating systems. You must own a current UK Driving Licence.
