Skills: 1st Line IT Support / Helpdesk, Windows XP/2000/7, MS Office. Based in Birmingham (nearest train station – New Street), my client has a new requirement for an 1st Line IT Support / Helpdesk person. Role is on a shift basis covering the hours of 7.00am to 7.00pm and on-call on weekends – additional payment is awarded. You must have at least 12-18 months IT Support/Helpdesk experience, Laptops/PC Hardware, Windows XP/2000, Windows 7, MS Office, good problem solving skills, clear & concise telephone manner, attention to detail & good organization skills. Any Active Directory, Exchange or VPN’s are a bonus ! Role involves day2day IT Support, problems, request and enquires of IT Users mainly on the telephone (call logging). Please send your CV ASAP.
