Skills: 2nd Line Helpdesk, Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory. My client are looking for a 2nd Line Helpdesk person. You must have experience in supporting MS products including Windows Server 2003 or Higher, Exchange Server and Active Directory administration with a good level of networking protocol such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP. Any skills in Citrix and remote desktop services, Hyper-V/VMWare, SQL, Backup Exec, Firewalls would be a bonus. Role is to provide 2nd and 3rd line telephone IT support for external clients, fault monitoring and troubleshooting, remote server, workstation and network infrastructure support.
