Based in London (nearest tube – Monument) my client has a new requirement for an 1st / 2nd Line Helpdesk/Desktop Support Technician with exceptional customer services /communications skills – verbal & written. You must technical experience of thin client environment (Windows Terminals Services/Citrix), with some networking, Blackberry’s, remote desktop access, laptops, desktop support. Role involves a mixture of 1st and 2nd line support – Helpdesk and infrastructure support including: application assistance, secure websites access, video conferencing, remote desktop access, IP telephone, PC/laptop/tablet support. Role does offer opportunities for development in virtualisation, server operations, web development and storage.
