Skills: 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer / Desktop Engineer. Based in Canterbury, Kent my client has a new requirement for an 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer. You must have technical skills in Active Directory, Office 365 and general TCP/IP experience. You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support, installations, upgrades, configurations, deployment, assist in the maintenance and technical operation of networks and hardware/software, fault diagnosis on server systems, some scripting and programming work. Any Mac or SCCM experience would be a bonus. This role is commutable from Ashford, Margate, Dover, Sittingbourne.
