You must be enthusiastic and have excellent telephone manner/communication skills. You must have recent 1st Line Support / IT Helpdesk experience of call logging, Windows XP/7, MS Office 2003/2010, excellent telephone manner/communication skills. You will be responsible for providing 1st Line IT support, logging tickets, escalating queries when necessary, liaising with users keeping all parties informed of ticket progression via phone and email.
