You must be enthusiastic and have excellent telephone manner/communication skills. You must have recent 1st Line Support / IT Helpdesk experience of call logging, Windows XP/7, MS Office 2003/2010, excellent telephone manner/communication. Role is a mixture of telephone IT support (call logging), PC rollouts/deployments, Mobile phone setups, simple system admin functions, desk tidying etc. Role is working Monday to Friday between 8am and 4.30 and 10am and 6.30pm.
