Skills: 1st & 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer – AD, Exchange, Citrix. My client based Bristol, Avon are looking for an 1st & 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer. You must have experience in providing 1st/2nd Line support in a fast-paced environment and have technical skills in Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, Citrix, VoIP, Windows Mobile, MS Office, Windows 8/10.
- To present a professional first point of contact and prioritize IT Helpdesk calls for internal customers, ensuring they are dealt with in a pleasant and efficient manner.
- To log all calls, issue technical advice, escalating if necessary to 3rd line support
- Present a professional first point for external customers who contact the Extranet inbox.
- Carry out desk moves and installation of equipment.
- Responsible for Starters, Leavers, Movers. Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
- Administer our telephony system including changing settings when requested and setting up new users, movers and leavers.
- Provision new end user devices to users
