Skills: Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support for Incident Management – Security Cleared (SC Cleared). Based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire my client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst – Security Cleared (SC Cleared).

 

You must have the following:

  • Minimum of 2 years customer facing/service desk experience
  • An understanding of ITIL best practice
  • Proficiency in the following IT applications: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and other Windows packages
  • Hold SC clearance
  • Systems testing
  • Ideally used Remedy system

 

Role is to provide 1st line support for Incident Management, Request Fulfilment and Access Management, to maintain operational services within agreed service levels whilst providing customer excellence.
