Skills: UAT/BAT Test Manager. Role is to define the overall approach and processes for Service Management testing (UAT, Business Process Testing and BAT).  To defined Test Strategies & Test Plans (aligned to functional and non-functional requirements as specified in Service Design/Transition Plans) and to manage the execution of these.


Essential Experience–

  • Experience with Software Test Management & co-ordination (especially UAT)
  • Demonstrates sound Project Management skills in IT Systems Development environments
  • Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to interpret and analyse data and pay high attention to detail
  • Employs problem solving abilities through logical and methodical best practice
  • Must have good interpersonal, written and spoken communication abilities
  • Is proactive and self-motivated
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Demonstrable presentation and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • MS Excel, Word, MSP and other MS Office applications
