New Requirement! – Q-Pulse Implementation & Data Migration Consultant – London, Contract

Based in London my client are looking for Q-Pulse Implementation & Data Migration Consultant for an 6 months contract. You will be the technical lead for implementation of Q-Pulse to improve the effectiveness of the management system. You must have:

  • In depth knowledge of the Ideagen Q-Pulse product.
  • Prior experience of Q-Pulse implementation and data migration.
  • Project Planning skill set.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Experience of ISO 9001:2015.

Role involves:

  • Process mapping of existing Quality Assurance, Environmental and H&S functions into the Q‑Pulse application.

  • Ensure Q-Pulse is fully configured; user profiles, system settings, numbering sequences, forms, process flow, process configuration, etc

  • Generation of training material.
  • Delivery of training to key stakeholders.
  • Liaison with the technical publications team to generate a user guidance documentation.

Based in London (nearest tube station – Chancery Lane) my awesome client are looking for Network Engineer who has an interest/wants to move into IT Security/Cyber Security – training will be provided!. The role will be split 60% Networking and 40% Security. You must have:

  • Minimum of CCNA
  • Network Support Experience
  • Active Directory
  • Keen interest in both Networks and Cyber Security
  • Any experience of SIEM, Darktrace or SolarWinds are a bonus

 

Duties include:

  • Aid in the design, build, security and maintenance of the internal and remote office network infrastructures.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of all network systems to ensure they are performing correctly and remain secure.
  • Configure tools and define processes and procedures to ensure the Support teams can provide business as usual services such as identification of faults, minor network configuration changes and failed equipment swap outs.
  • Carry out regular analysis of logs to identify and ensure that anomalies are tracked, and appropriate action is taken to correct them.
  • Work closely with the Projects team to assist and advise on any network or security change required as part of an ongoing Project.
  • Manage and resolve any Network and Cyber Security related incident that has been logged and directly assigned to the Network and Cyber Security team in the helpdesk system.
  • Manage your own assigned projects through all stages to eventual completion. Record time spent, manage any costs involved and ensure all elements of the project are completed according to the required schedule.
  • Maintain a good relationship with the SOC team and respond to any raised Cyber Security incidents accordingly and appropriately.
  • Maintain the various Security products we utilise to ensure they are kept up to date and are fully function.
