New Requirement! – 1st Line IT Support / Helpdesk – Oxfordshire, Perm

1st Line IT Support / Helpdesk. Based in Didcot, my client an exciting/leading company has a new requirement for an 1st Line IT Support / Helpdesk person. You must have some IT Support / 1st Line IT Support / Helpdesk experience with technical skills in Windows 7/ Windows 10, MS Office, Basic Active Directory (password resets etc), basic networking, good problem solving skills, clear & concise telephone manner, attention to detail & good organization skills. Role is a mixture of 1st and 2nd line. 1st line would be helpdesk and taking/resolving calls. 2nd line is actually going deskside – dealing with end users (these could be senior management/VIPs) so you must be comfortable dealing with demanding users.
