With a pan-European remit, as Social Media Marketing Executive you will have a passion for new digital platforms and an understanding of their relevance in the fashion industry. Reporting to the Brand Managers, you will work on executing brand building and influencer handling as well as Facebook campaigns and direct marketing to increase online conversion.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • You will be accountable for developing a social content plan from the existing brand content calendars. Building and managing posting schedules on owned channel, responding to customer comments, and developing appropriate responses using brand tone of voice guidelines.
  • Day-to-day management of social media channels delivering both planned content and reactive responses to topics, conversations and relevant trending posts.
  • With support of the Brand Managers seek out social content opportunities across the business and with supplier brands to amplify to a wider audience through social media.
  • Building relationships with key influencers to include customers, bloggers, brand ambassadors, partners and online media raising awareness of the brands.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and providing updates on key trends in social media and initiatives.
  • Preparing reporting on social media audience and engagement. Sharing key learnings and successes.

New Requirement! – Network Engineer with an interest in Security / Cyber Security – London, Perm

Skills: Network Engineer with an interest in Security / Cyber Security. Based in London (nearest tube station – Chancery Lane) my awesome client are looking for Network Engineer who has an interest/wants to move into IT Security/Cyber Security – training will be provided!. The role will be split 60% Networking and 40% Security. You must have:

  • Minimum of CCNA
  • Network Support Experience
  • Active Directory
  • Keen interest in both Networks and Cyber Security
  • Any experience of SIEM, Darktrace or SolarWinds are a bonus

 

Duties include:

  • Aid in the design, build, security and maintenance of the internal and remote office network infrastructures.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of all network systems to ensure they are performing correctly and remain secure.
  • Configure tools and define processes and procedures to ensure the Support teams can provide business as usual services such as identification of faults, minor network configuration changes and failed equipment swap outs.
  • Carry out regular analysis of logs to identify and ensure that anomalies are tracked, and appropriate action is taken to correct them.
  • Work closely with the Projects team to assist and advise on any network or security change required as part of an ongoing Project.
  • Manage and resolve any Network and Cyber Security related incident that has been logged and directly assigned to the Network and Cyber Security team in the helpdesk system.
  • Manage your own assigned projects through all stages to eventual completion. Record time spent, manage any costs involved and ensure all elements of the project are completed according to the required schedule.
  • Maintain a good relationship with the SOC team and respond to any raised Cyber Security incidents accordingly and appropriately.
  • Maintain the various Security products we utilise to ensure they are kept up to date and are fully function.

New Requirement! – 1st Line Helpdesk / Service Desk Analyst – Hampshire, Perm

Skills: 1st Line Helpdesk / Service Desk Analyst. My client based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, are looking for 1st Line Helpdesk / Service Desk Analyst. You will be required to apply for Security Clearance to SC level after joining, if you do not already have such clearance.

 

You must have:

  • Technical IT service desk both logging and resolving issues.
  • Experience with Active Directory to the extent of creating and managing users and permissions.
  • Basic MS Exchange.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite of applications and troubleshooting.
  • Competent diagnosing PC and Server hardware issues remotely.
  • Desktop and Server operating systems support.
  • Remote customer support.
  • Working with Antivirus software.

Role is on a 7.5 hour shift Monday to Friday with a rota spanning from 8am to 6pm with a half hour break for lunch.

 

The ideal candidate must have current experience of working on a 1st line Service desk that manages customer incidents and requests through to completion. You must be able to manage a broad, but possibly shallow range of IT issues.  You must be an owner finisher with a positive, customer focused outlook who takes pride in finding solutions and working within a team looking to provide a great customer experience.

 

Role involves working as part of the Service Desk, capturing and dealing with a broad range of customer requests and incidents, logging appropriate detail in the system for each ticket. You will “own” the calls through the life – liaising with other areas of IT where needed and ensuring good communication with the customer.
