Skills: Solution Architect – WiFi. WIFI Solutions Architect. Essential skills – Solid experience in WiFi & mobile networks, Transmission and core connectivity experience, Core IP networks, ISP networks & systems, Cisco, Mikrotik, load balancers, Management information systems, Practical experience in managing development, delivery and operational activities. Reporting to the Head of networks the WIFI Solution architect will specify the solution for major WIFI projects for clients WiFi & Small Cells, solution analysis with development & operational teams and definition of the technical architecture for clients WiFi & Small Cells and its evolution to meet customer (end user) and business demands. Maintain the technical architecture for client’s WiFi & Small Cells, including: Explanation and documentation of the current solution architecture (including WLAN, backhaul, central network & core connectivity, central systems and MIS facilities), Maintenance of a roadmap for changes & enhancements to this solution architecture. Document and analyse the various demands which may require changes to or evolution of this solution architecture, to meet: New requirements from major clients in existing market areas. Requirements to support new market areas, Business requirements to deliver additional sources of revenues, Business requirement to improve the efficiency of operational activities or development activities. Provide technical support for sales to major clients, including: Creation of solution and technical sales material (slides & documents) for major clients, including the MNOs and Broadband Service Providers. Producing & coordinating technical responses for bids to major clients. Actively seek opportunities to re-use developments produced by other parts of clients and to promote re-use of developments within clients WiFi & Small Cells by other parts of clients. Technical success in winning business and paid enhancements from major clients. Maintaining a clear and common understanding of the solution to be delivered for each major client (across both development & operational teams). Skills: Security Design Specialist. Security Design Specialist Essential – Minimum of 3 years of general IT or networking experience, Additional minimum of 3 years of Information Security experience as a primary role, Industry recognised Information Security certifications preferred,In-depth knowledge and understanding of information risk concepts and principles, as a means of relating business needs to security controls, Knowledge of and experience in developing and documenting security architecture and plans, including strategic, tactical and project plans, Experience with common information security management frameworks, such as [International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001/2 and the ITIL, COBIT, SABSA and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)] frameworks, In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methods and technologies, proficiency in performing risk, business impact, control and vulnerability assessments, Strong understanding of business applications, including ERP and financial systems, Excellent technical knowledge of mainstream operating systems [for example, Microsoft Windows, Macintosh, Linux] and a wide range of security technologies, such as network security appliances, identity and access management (IAM) systems, anti-malware solutions, automated policy compliance tools, and desktop security tools, Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and the associated network protocols and concepts.

Security Design Specialist Responsibilities:
• Reports concerning residual risk, vulnerabilities and other security exposures
• Application development or acquisition projects
• Works with security team to identify, select and implement technical controls.
• Develops security processes and procedures, and supports service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Advises security administrators
• Researches, evaluates and recommends information-security-related hardware and software

• Researches and assesses new threats and security alerts
• Provides guidance in the system development life cycle (SDLC)

• Defines testing criteria for systems and applications.
• Execution of security risk assessment activities
• Defines security configuration and operations standards
• Develops and validates baseline security configurations for operating systems

You will be required to apply for Security Clearance to SC level after joining, if you do not already have such clearance. You must have excellent service delivery experience – ITIL certified (ideally), skills in switching and routing networks, excellent customer focus/dealing with end users, competent in MS Office. Any Cisco qualifications like CCNA’s are a bonus. You will be part of a team resolving issues over the phone and deskside ensuring the high availability of Media, Wireless, and Print Services to the client. Services include Wireless provision of guest and Business Critical services, Business Class Video Conferencing, and a fully managed Print Service. You will be responsible for: Ensuring services are delivered to the customer within the stated SLAs, developing and maintaining a positive client and supplier relationship in the pursuit of service excellence, primary Point of Contact for other Service providers within the complex and to the client for incidents and day to day issues, change management, development and maintenance of network Topologies to support service provision.
