1st Line IT Support / IT Helpdesk. My client based in Watford are looking for a 1st Line IT Support / IT Helpdesk to join their small team. You must have around 1 to 2 years experience in a similar IT Support role with Windows Desktop, MS Office including Outlook, Word & Excel, excellent communications/end users skills and clear telephone manners.
Role includes:
- 1st line support on all hardware & software support calls.
- Application support for key business applications.
- Escalation of calls to 2nd Line Support.
- Installation & configuration of desktop / laptops.
- Manage the onboarding of new users.
- Manage the offboarding of users.
- Provide desktop support & relocations.
- Responsible for testing & deploying of new hardware.
- Printer management – Order & replace toners, arrange engineer visits as required.
