My client will offer training and this will be great chance to move into a future development role within 6 months to a year! You will be responsible for supporting & developing the core applications used by the business. This includes a mix of off-the-shelf & in-house applications, as well as wrappers & integration tools for those applications.

You must have:

• Basic SQL skills – queries & navigation.
• 2 to 3 years experience in an business application support role.
• MS Office Suite.
• Analytical & problem solving skills.
• Excellent communications skills – Be use to dealing with demanding users!
• Flexible in terms of using different methods and approaches.

Any skills in C#, MVC, advanced SQL, VBA, MS Teams, Sage would be a bonus!

Role involves:

• Maintain & support in-house applications, including legacy applications.
• Support of core business applications.
• Interact with business users to address any issues they may have.
• Perform initial problem analysis.
• Participate in testing of updates & upgrades to business applications.

Nav Support Analyst / MS Dynamics. Based outside Peterborough my client has a brand new requirement for an remote Nav Support Analyst. You can WORK FROM HOME and only be required to attended the office around two days a month, with the rest of the role working remotely from home.

You must have:

• Around 3 years experience in a NAV 2015 + support role with proven experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system.

• Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.

Role involves:

• Day to day 1^st line support of the business NAV application and user base, escalating issues to 3rd party vendors if required.

You will have will have demonstrable first-hand experience in providing third line support to users of a predominately Microsoft based environment on a global basis. You must have:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT support roles.
• Expert knowledge of MS based operating systems & solutions
• Experience supporting; Windows Server 2008R2/2016, Exchange Server 2016, Windows 10, VMware ESXi and Cisco Networking (Switches/Routers/Firewalls)
• Expert knowledge of; Active Directory, Domains, Forests and Group Policy.
