Skills: Service Desk Analyst, London, (nearest tube station – Chancery Lane) my client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line IT Helpdesk for an 1 week contract to start on Monday. You must be enthusiastic and have excellent telephone manner/communication skills, with recent 1st Line Support / IT Helpdesk experience of call logging, Windows XP/7, MS Office 2003/2010.
